Ingredients
1 lb shrimp rinsed, deveined, shell removed
1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumb seasoned
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Red pepper flakes, to liking
3 tbsp olive oil separated
2 eggs beat
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°. Prepare shrimp accordingly
Prepare two bowls -
Bowl 1: eggs
Bowl 2: breadcrumb, paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, 2 tbsp olive oil
Mix ingredients in bowl 2 until well incorporated
Line a baking sheet with foil and remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil. Dip shrimp in bowl 1, then bowl 2 until fully coated. Arrange evenly on baking sheet. Bake shrimps for about 8 - 12 minutes (depending on the size of your shrimp) until golden brown and fully cooked
