Ingredients
1 1/2 cups hazel nuts
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup zero calorie sweetener
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk of choice
Preparation
Bake hazelnuts at 400º until they begin to brown (6-8 minutes)
Once baked, lay them on a clean dish towel. Rub them around until the skins fall off
Blend bare hazelnuts until they develop a butter consistency. Add all other ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth
