Ingredients
.65 lbs Medjool dates pitted
1 tbsp organic fresh peanut butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup organic whole grain rolled oats
2 tbsp 100% cocoa powder
1/3 cup dried fruit trail mix blend
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup salted cashews
1 tbsp organic maple syrup
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Preparation
If not already pitted, pit the the dates
Add your dates, peanut butter, olive oil, oats, cocoa powder, trail mix, pumpkin seeds, cashews, maple syrup and kosher salt to the blender. Blend until well blended. Remove blade and add chocolate chips and mix in with a spoon
Using a spoon, scoop out mixture and roll into even sized balls. Add to a freezer bag evenly spread out not touching each other (lay the freezer bag flat). Release air and freeze until frozen
