CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

Ingredients
1/2 cup organic peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut flour
Kosher salt to taste & top
2 chocolate bars of choice (I used Cadbury Dark Chocolate)
Preparation
Add peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour and kosher salt to a bowl and mix until well incorporated
Melt chocolate bars in microwave. Add about 1 tsp to the bottom of each cup, followed by 1 tsp of the peanut butter mixture, topped with 1 tsp of chocolate. Sprinkle with kosher salt and freeze until solid

Add peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, and a dash of kosher salt to a mixing bowl, mixing until well incorporated
Melt your chocolate however you like until fully melted. Pour 1 tsp in each cup to cover the bottom*
Add 1/2 tbsp of the peanut butter mixture to each cup. Once filled, top peanut butter with 1 tsp of chocolate and a pinch of kosher salt
Place in the freezer until frozen. Once frozen, they are ready to eat!
NOTE* - Depending on the size of the cups will determine the amount of chocolate you are going to pour. No matter the cup, be sure to cover the bottom with chocolate
