Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Pink Himalayan salt to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
2 tbsp crushed cashews
1/3 cup oats
1 tbsp chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325°
Add bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract and egg to a bowl. Mash / mix ingredients well. Add crushed cashews, oats and chocolate chips and mix well
Add mixture to a square baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes and let them sit and cool. Cut into 9 bars and enjoy!
