Ingredients

1 cup oats

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup flaxseed meal

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Add oats, nut butter, flaxseed meal, honey, chocolate chips, protein powder and chia seeds to a bowl. Mix well. Once all ingredients are incorporated well, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes

  2. Once chilled, begin to mold balls. Energy balls are ready to eat or can be refrigerated for up to one week in an airtight tubber wear
