Ingredients
1 banana mashed
1 egg
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 cups oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Salt to taste
Blueberries as toppings
Chocolate chips as toppings
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°
Add wet ingredients to a bowl - banana, egg, milk, Greek yogurt and maple syrup and mix well
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients - oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and mix well
Add your toppings to each muffin
Spray your muffin pan with nonstick spray and add mixture to muffin pan
Bake muffins for 30 minutes
