Ingredients
Waffles:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Little less than 1/4 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder
Pam spray
Toppings:
Homemade blueberry jam
1 tbsp peanut butter
Blueberries
Maple syrup
Preparation
Add oats, Greek Yogurt, egg, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, almond milk, protein powder to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Spray waffle maker with pam and pour mixture into waffle maker. Cook according to waffle maker
Top with toppings of your choice - homemade jam, peanut butter, blueberries and maple syrup in photo
