Ingredients
Jelly:
1 container of strawberries quartered
1 packet zero calorie sweetener
PB & Oats:
1 ripe banana
1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
Dash of vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup milk of choice
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp peanut butter
Drizzle of honey
Preparation
JELLY: Cut 2/3 of the container of strawberries four ways. On a high heat pan add strawberries and zero calorie sweetener. Cook and mash until strawberries are reduced (about 10-12 minutes). Place to the side to cool.
Mash banana in a bowl
Add Greek Yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract to the same bowl you mashed the banana in. Mix thoroughly and set aside 1/3 of mixture in another bowl
OATS: In the remaining 2/3 mixture, add rolled oats and milk of choice. Mix thoroughly and split rolled oats mixture evenly into two containers
PB: Take remaining 1/3 yogurt mixture and add powdered peanut butter. Mix thoroughly and split mixture evenly on top of rolled oats
Take cooled jelly and split evenly amongst oats. Add peanut butter and honey on top
Place in fridge overnight for best results
