1/2 ginger knot peeled and grated
Red pepper flakes to liking

1.25 lb chicken breast sliced thin
About 1/4 cup cornstarch (enough to coat chicken)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
3 - 4 green onions sliced diagonally
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation
Rinse and cut vegetables accordingly. Set to the side. Cut chicken accordingly. Set to the side
Add chicken, cornstarch, salt and pepper to a Ziploc bag. Release all air, seal shut and coat chicken well with cornstarch mixture
Prepare sauce - add soy sauce, honey, water, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, rice vinegar and olive oil to a bowl and whisk well. Set to the side
Add remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil to medium sized pan over medium high heat. Once oil is hot, add chicken in one even layer to cook evenly*. Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway until chicken is fully cooked
Pour sauce mixture over chicken until it thickens**. Shut off heat and add spring onions and sesame seeds. Mix well
