Ingredients
Burgers:
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 red onion minced
1 jalapeño seeded and minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
The Rest:
2 tbsp canola oil
4 brioche buns
1/4 lb pepper jack cheese
1/2 medium tomato thinly sliced
Iceberg lettuce
1 avocado sliced
1 tbsp chipotle mayo
Preparation
Clean vegetables and cut accordingly. Add all ingredients above labeled "Burgers" into a medium bowl and mix well. Once ingredients are mixed well, evenly cut turkey four ways and mold into patties
Add canola oil to a griddle pan on medium heat. Once oil is hot, add turkey burgers to griddle for about 10 - 12 minutes flipping half way until cooked through. Place pepper jack on burgers for the last two minutes of cooking until melted
Once burgers are cooked through, assemble the burger - add burger, tomato, lettuce, avocado and chipotle mayo to bun
