GARLIC BUTTER STEAK AND POTATOES w/ ROASTED BROCCOLI

Ingredients
Roasted Broccoli:
1 head broccoli cut into florets
1 tbsp coconut oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes to taste
The Rest:
Steak Seasoning:
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Red pepper flakes to taste
1 lb Sirloin Steak cubed
4 Yukon potatoes diced
1 shallot minced
1/2 white onion diced
5 cloves of garlic minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 lemon juiced
1 tbsp beef bouillon paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°. Rinse and cut vegetables accordingly. Set to to the side
Prepare broccoli - season broccoli with salt, black pepper, red pepper and coconut oil. Incorporate ingredients well and roast for 20 - 25 minutes until crispy
Prepare steak - Pat dry and cut steak accordingly. Add to a bowl and season with seasoning accordingly - paprika, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper and red pepper
Heat a cast iron skillet on medium high heat. Once hot, add olive oil and 2 tbsp butter. Once melted and mixed, add steak bites cooking for 2 - 4 minutes per side. Remove from heat once cooked and set to the side
Add potatoes to skillet cooking until potatoes are tender (about 10 minutes). Add white onion, shallot and remaining 2 tbsp butter. Cook onion until translucent (about 4 minutes). Add garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes stirring constantly to avoid burning
Once translucent, add rosemary, parsley, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Add steak bites and beef bouillon paste. Incorporate well
