HONEY, LIME & SOY SAUCE CHICKEN MARINADE

Ingredients
1.25 lb chicken breast sliced thin
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
2 limes juiced
2 garlic cloves grated
2 tbsp ginger grated
1 tsp sriracha
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp cornstarch
Sesame seeds to taste
Preparation
Add soy sauce, olive oil, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, sriracha, salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk well
Add chicken breast to a zip lock bag followed by the marinade. Release all air and seal zip lock bag shut. Massage marinade into chicken and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
Set a large pan to medium high heat. Once pan is hot, add chicken and remaining marinade and cook for about 12 - 15 minutes, flipping halfway until chicken is fully cooked. Once chicken is fully cooked, set to the side
Reduce heat to low and add cornstarch to remaining marinade in pan. Mix until sauce begins to thicken
Return chicken to pan and coat all sides with sauce, topping with sesame seeds
