Ingredients

1.15 lb chicken breast sliced thin

1/3 cup Italian salad dressing

8 slices of turkey bacon

2 avocados mashed

1 bunch of romaine lettuce halved

1 medium tomato sliced thin

1 seedless cucumber peeled, halved and sliced thin

1/4 cup mayonnaise

8 slices of bread of choice

Preparation

  1. Add chicken breast and Italian salad dressing to a freezer bag. Release all the air out of the bag, seal shut and massage marinade into chicken well (about 3 minutes). Marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour

  2. Rinse and cut romaine lettuce, tomato and cucumber accordingly. Place to the side

  3. Preheat air fryer to 360°. Line air fryer basket with tin foil and arrange turkey bacon evenly. Once air fryer is hot, cook turkey bacon for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Set to the side

  4. Set a pan to medium high heat. Once pan is hot, cook chicken for about 12 - 15 minutes, flipping halfway until fully cooked

  5. Prepare sandwich - add chicken, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, turkey bacon, avocado and mayonnaise to bread and enjoy!
