Ingredients
1.15 lb chicken breast sliced thin
1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
8 slices of turkey bacon
2 avocados mashed
1 bunch of romaine lettuce halved
1 medium tomato sliced thin
1 seedless cucumber peeled, halved and sliced thin
1/4 cup mayonnaise
8 slices of bread of choice
Preparation
Add chicken breast and Italian salad dressing to a freezer bag. Release all the air out of the bag, seal shut and massage marinade into chicken well (about 3 minutes). Marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour
Rinse and cut romaine lettuce, tomato and cucumber accordingly. Place to the side
Preheat air fryer to 360°. Line air fryer basket with tin foil and arrange turkey bacon evenly. Once air fryer is hot, cook turkey bacon for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Set to the side
Set a pan to medium high heat. Once pan is hot, cook chicken for about 12 - 15 minutes, flipping halfway until fully cooked
Prepare sandwich - add chicken, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, turkey bacon, avocado and mayonnaise to bread and enjoy!
