GARLIC BUTTER RIBEYE WITH POTATOES & BROCCOLI SKILLET

Ingredients

1.5 lb ribeye steak

2 lb baby potatoes halved

1 head broccoli stem cut

6 tbsp salted butter softened

2 tsp garlic minced

1 tsp Italian herb seasoning - RECOMMEND Seasonello Bologna Aromatic Herbal Salt

1 tsp fresh parsley chopped

1 tsp fresh thyme chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Garlic powder to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. While preheating, add softened butter to a small bowl along with minced garlic and Italian herb seasoning. Mix well and set to the side

  2. Rinse and cut potatoes and broccoli accordingly. Place in a clean bowl and set to the side

  3. Season steak with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Rub in seasoning well and repeat on other side of the steak

  4. Add olive oil to skillet* (see note) on medium high heat. Once oil is hot, sear steaks for 2 - 3 minutes on each side until steak has browned well. Remove steak from heat and set to the side

  5. Add potatoes and broccoli to same skillet. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder generously to vegetables and sauté for about 5 - 7 minutes. Once vegetables are sautéed, move vegetables to one side and return steaks to skillet

  6. Transfer skillet of steak, potatoes and broccoli to oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes

  7. Once removed from oven, distribute garlic butter to steak, potatoes and broccoli. Top steak and vegetables with parsley and thyme


NOTE: Make sure to use a skillet that is oven safe - can be transferred from stove to oven
