Ingredients

1/2 box spaghetti

1/2 cup pasta water

8 chicken sausages

1/2 tsp garlic minced

1/2 white onion diced

14.5 oz can diced tomatoes

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Chili flakes to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook spaghetti according to packaging. Place cooked spaghetti and pasta water to the side (drizzling olive oil on spaghetti will prevent pasta from sticking)

  2. Add olive oil, garlic and white onion to a pan on medium heat. Cook until onion is translucent (about 10 min)

  3. Cut chicken sausages into 1/2 inch pieces and place face down to cook for about 8 min. Flip after 8 min of cooking to cook other side for about 5 min. After 5 min, reduce to low heat and pour in can of diced tomatoes. Mix thoroughly and cover for 5 min

  4. Reduce heat to simmer and add pasta water, heavy cream, salt, pepper and chili flakes to pan. Mix thoroughly. Once mixed, add cooked spaghetti. Mix thoroughly. Cover for about 10 min
