Ingredients

3 tbsp olive oil

1.5 lbs chicken tenders

2 red bell peppers sliced

1 green bell pepper sliced

1 yellow onion sliced

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp cumin

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black ground pepper

2 cups milk

2 cups water

1 cup cheese of choice shredded

4 cups penne pasta

Preparation

  1. Clean and cut peppers and onion accordingly. Set to the side

  2. Add olive oil to pot on high heat. Once olive oil is hot, add chicken and cook thoroughly (about 7 minutes each side). Keep covered when cooking. Once chicken is cooked, set to the side

  3. Add vegetables to the same pot, cover and cook until onions are translucent (about 12 minutes). Once vegetables are cooked, add cooked chicken, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper to pot. Mix well

  4. Once mixed well, add milk, water and pasta to pot. Cover and cook on high heat for 20 minutes

  5. Once pasta cooked, add cheese and mix well.
