Ingredients
2 lb ground chicken
1 stick salted butter melted
2/3 cup hot sauce
2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
4 stalks of celery diced
4 green onions chopped
3 garlic cloves minced 2 eggs
1 tbsp onion powder
Cooking spray to coat baking sheet
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°. While preheating, add butter and hot sauce to a small sauce pan on medium heat stirring until butter is melted. Once melted, remove from heat and set to the side
Add breadcrumbs, celery, green onion, garlic, eggs and onion powder to a large bowl. Using a spatula, mix ingredients well. Once well incorporated, add ground chicken and 1/2 hot sauce mixture to the same bowl. Use your hands to combine all ingredients until fully incorporated
Spray a baking sheet generously with cooking spray. Using an ice cream scooper, scoop out even amounts of chicken and place on baking sheet
Bake for about 25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked
Once cooked, pour remainder of sauce mixture and garnish with green onion
