Ingredients
Dough:
1 cup all-purpose flour
Twice 1/3 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
2 tsp baking soda
Dash of salt
Stuffing:
1/2 lb chicken breast
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Sesame seeds as desired
Preparation
Add chicken breast, buffalo sauce, white vinegar, butter, onion powder, garlic powder and salt to a pot on medium heat and mix thoroughly. Reduce to medium simmer and cover for 25 minutes. Once chicken is cooked through, move to cutting board - grab two forks and shred chicken. Add back to pot with buffalo sauce mixing sauce and chicken well. Place to the side
Add flour, Greek Yogurt, baking soda and salt to your Kitchenaid Mixer (you can combine manually) until the dough forms. Split dough in half.
Set air fryer to 400º for 10 minutes
Flour counter and roller - roll out dough and shape into circle shape. Add flour as needed
Add half the cheese to each rolled dough. Top dough and cheese with half the buffalo chicken mixture. Fold dough over and seal into calzone shape. Cut slits into dough and top with sesame seeds
Place calzones on basket and airfry for 8 - 10 minutes
