Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup oat milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tbsp chocolate chips
Toppings:
1/2 banana
Sprinkle of chocolate chips
Dash of pumpkin spice
Drizzle of maple syrup
Whipped cream
Almonds
Preparation
Add Greek Yogurt, pumpkin puree, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a bowl. Whisk until well combined and smooth
Add oats and pumpkin spice to combined mixture - mix well (if you prefer sweeter, add maple syrup)
Distribute evenly into two containers and place in fridge overnight
Add preferred toppings when ready to eat
