Ingredients

1 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

1/3 cup pumpkin puree

1 cup oat milk

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp pumpkin spice

1 tbsp chocolate chips


Toppings:

1/2 banana

Sprinkle of chocolate chips

Dash of pumpkin spice

Drizzle of maple syrup

Whipped cream

Almonds



Preparation

  1. Add Greek Yogurt, pumpkin puree, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a bowl. Whisk until well combined and smooth

  2. Add oats and pumpkin spice to combined mixture - mix well (if you prefer sweeter, add maple syrup)

  3. Distribute evenly into two containers and place in fridge overnight

  4. Add preferred toppings when ready to eat
