Ingredients

1/2 banana 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 scoop of protein powder 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/3 tsp lemon zest 1 tsp lemon juice Dash of vanilla extract 1/2 cup almond milk Handful of blueberries

Preparation

  1. Set oven to 350°

  2. Add all ingredients EXCEPT blueberries to a blender

  3. Blend until smooth - pour into an oven safe container

  4. Add blueberries

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes
