Ingredients
1/2 banana
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 scoop of protein powder
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash of vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond milk
Handful of blueberries
Preparation
Set oven to 350°
Add all ingredients EXCEPT blueberries to a blender
Blend until smooth - pour into an oven safe container
Add blueberries
Bake for 20-25 minutes
